# Getting Started

From checkout to your approved first sales motion.

Joining Starlight Concierge takes minutes. Setup is a short guided flow, and the discovery work is done by Starlight, not by you filling out worksheets.

#### 1. Join

Purchase your membership at [joinstarlight.com/concierge/checkout](/concierge/checkout). Payment is handled by Stripe. After payment, sign in with the exact email you paid with; your workspace is created automatically.

#### 2. Show us your world

Share your website and LinkedIn. Starlight scans them to learn your company, offer, positioning, proof, and likely best-fit buyers. You review and correct what it found; nothing goes out based on a guess.

#### 3. Connect your accounts

Connect the email account outreach should come from (Gmail or Outlook, via secure OAuth) and your calendar. Your passwords are never stored by Starlight; access is scoped and revocable at any time from Connectors.

#### 4. Tell us about meetings

Who takes the meetings, when they work best, and what makes one worth your time. Two short questions, not a questionnaire.

#### 5. Approve your first sales motion

Your Concierge turns everything into a first sales motion: the audience, the offer we lead with, the message angle, and the senders. You approve it from your Concierge Home before anything launches.

## How fast does it start?

Once onboarding is complete and we have the access and approvals needed to represent your business well, we aim to have your first sales motion prepared within 36 hours. Outreach does not begin until your required approvals are in.

## What we may still ask you

- Which customer type you most want more of right now
- Which offer to lead with first
- Companies, people, industries, or claims to avoid
- What a booked meeting must look like to be worth your time

> **Tip:** The more context you share during setup (case studies, customer stories, a favorite past email), the sharper the first motion. There is a notes step in onboarding for exactly this.
