# Outlook Calendar

Sync your Microsoft 365 calendar with Starlight.

Connect Outlook Calendar to see your Microsoft 365 meetings in Starlight's Calendar view.

## Setup

#### 1. Go to Connectors

Click **Connectors** in the sidebar

#### 2. Click Connect Outlook Calendar

Under the Calendar section, click **Connect** next to Outlook Calendar

#### 3. Authorize with Microsoft

Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account and grant Starlight access to your calendar events

## What Syncs

- **Events** — calendar events including title, time, duration, and description
- **Attendees** — participant names and email addresses, matched against your contacts
- **Deletions** — meetings you delete in Starlight are removed from Outlook Calendar too

You can connect Outlook Calendar alongside [Google Calendar](/docs/integrations/google-calendar) — events from both appear together in the Calendar view.

## Disconnecting

Go to **Connectors** and click **Disconnect** next to Outlook Calendar. Your calendar view will no longer show events from this account.
