# Your weekly update

The Friday email: what it says and where the numbers come from.

Every Friday around 3pm your local time, Spencer sends you a short status email. It is written to be read in under a minute: a few lines on how the week went, a table of the numbers, and a sentence on what happens next week.

## What the table covers

Each row shows this week and the total since we started.

| Emails sent  | Outreach emails sent from your connected mailbox  |
| LinkedIn messages  | Messages and InMails sent from your LinkedIn  |
| Connection requests  | LinkedIn connection requests sent  |
| People reached  | Distinct people who received at least one message  |
| Replies  | Replies received on email and LinkedIn  |
| Positive replies  | Replies that showed interest or asked for a time  |
| Meetings booked  | Meetings that landed on your calendar this week  |
| Meetings coming up  | Meetings scheduled for next week  |

## The first week

- When volume is still low, the update explains what we set up, who we are targeting and why, and what goes out next week
- Every number in the email comes straight from your account. Nothing is rounded or estimated
- You can reply to the email. It goes to Spencer
