This Cookie Notice explains how Starlight Software LLC ("Starlight", "we") uses cookies and similar browser storage on joinstarlight.com, including the app, the docs, and public booking pages (the "Sites"). It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files a website places in your browser to remember something between requests, such as that you are signed in. Browser web storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) serves a similar purpose without being sent to the server on every request. Session cookies expire when you close the browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by another company's service.
What We Use
We do not use advertising cookies, social-media cookies, session-replay tools, or any cookie that tracks you across other websites.

Embedded booking pages
Customers can embed their Starlight booking page in their own website in an iframe. The embed sets no cookies of its own; the host website's cookies are governed by that website's notice.
Maps
The Local search map and the Metrics globe load tiles from MapTiler. That request carries your IP address, like any image request, but MapTiler sets no cookies on our pages.
Your Choices
- Consent banner: the first time you visit a public page you can accept all, reject non-essential, or choose per category. Change your choice any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers, so clearing site data resets it
- Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie will sign you out of Starlight
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we do not sell or share personal information or serve targeted advertising, so these signals have nothing further to opt you out of
Changes
We update this notice when the cookies we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
