Calendar Integrations

Connect a calendar provider:

Meetings booked through your Starlight booking pages appear here too — including when the person who booked isn't one of your saved contacts, and when you haven't connected a calendar provider at all. Cancel or reschedule those from Scheduling → Bookings so the invitee is emailed and the time slot is released.

Meeting Details

Each meeting shows:

  • Time and duration
  • Attendee names (linked to your contacts when matched) and their RSVP status
  • Meeting title, description or agenda, and location
  • The video platform (Google Meet, Zoom, and more) at a glance
  • Meeting notes

Editing a meeting that came from a booking page reschedules the booking itself, so the guest is emailed and the old time is released back into your availability. Cancelling works the same way.

Meeting Prep Sheet

Click a meeting to open the prep sheet, which includes:

  • Attendee profiles — matched against your contacts database
  • AI meeting notes — automatically generated summaries and talking points, with links to the web sources they draw from
  • Preparation guidance — key topics and context for the call

AI Meeting Notes

Starlight generates AI-powered prep for your meetings each morning, and you can generate it on demand with Generate prep in the meeting prep sheet. This costs 5 blocks per generation.

Prep is written from the record of the contact on the invite — their role, company, search context, and your email history with them — so a meeting needs at least one attendee in your Contacts. Anyone who books through your booking page is added automatically.

If the attendee isn't in your Contacts yet — or is there with just an email address — Starlight first looks them up by email in its B2B data provider. On a match, their role, company, industry, and work history are saved to the contact and used to ground the prep, at no extra block cost. If nothing is found, prep still generates from whatever context exists.

Follow-Up Email

When a meeting with prep ends, Starlight automatically drafts a follow-up — a short thank-you and next-steps email for the attendee, grounded in that meeting's research, with no re-pitching. The draft appears in Messages → Drafts within about an hour of the call, labeled with a Meeting follow-up badge, and costs 5 blocks.

Review, edit, and approve it there like any other draft — nothing sends until you approve. The meeting's prep sheet links straight to the draft.
