Connect Outlook to send outreach and track replies.

Connect your Outlook account to send outreach emails and receive replies directly in Starlight.
Setup

Go to Connectors
Click Connectors in the sidebar

Click Connect Outlook
Under the Email section, click Connect next to Outlook

Authorize with Microsoft
Sign in to your Microsoft account and grant Starlight permission to send and read emails

Configure sender name
Optionally customize the sender name that appears on outgoing emails
Permissions
Starlight requests permission to:
- Send emails — deliver outreach messages from your account
- Read emails — track replies in your Starlight inbox
Info
Only threads initiated through Starlight are tracked. Your personal emails are never read.
Rate Limits
Daily send limits can be configured per account in the Connectors page to protect your email reputation.
Disconnecting
Go to Connectors and click Disconnect next to your Outlook account. Pending scheduled messages will remain but won't send until you reconnect.
