Billing and pausing
$2,800 a month, monthly only. Pause, cancel, resume, refunds.
Starlight is one subscription: $2,800 a month, billed through Stripe, renewing monthly until you pause or cancel. Monthly only. No annual plan, no setup fee, no minimum term, and nothing on top. Everything we do for you is included.
Where to manage it
Settings, then Billing. Your renewal date, invoices through the secure Stripe portal, and the pause, cancel, and refund controls all live there. No call required.
Pausing
Pause from Billing. Outreach stops at the end of the current billing period and you are not billed again while paused. Your account, history, and everything we learned stay in place, so resuming picks up where we left off. Resuming starts a fresh monthly period.
Canceling
Cancel any time from Billing. The service stays active through the end of the current period, then outreach stops and you are not billed again. You keep access to your portal and data under the retention terms.
Refunds
- If your outreach is not live within 36 hours of finishing onboarding, request a full refund of your first payment, no questions asked. See the 36 hour guarantee
- The refund control is on your Billing page for the first 7 days after your first payment. You can also reply to your welcome email
- After the first week, payments are non refundable, but you can pause or cancel at any time to stop future renewals
