Google Calendar
Sync your Google Calendar to view meetings in Starlight.
Connect Google Calendar so meetings Starlight books land on your calendar and we never offer a time you are busy.
Setup
1. Go to Connectors
Click Connectors in the sidebar
2. Click Connect Google Calendar
Under the Calendar section, click Connect next to Google Calendar
3. Authorize with Google
Sign in and grant Starlight read access to your calendar events
What Syncs
- Events: calendar events including title, time, duration, and description
- Attendees: participant names and email addresses
- Meeting links: video call URLs (Zoom, Meet, and more)
Starlight matches attendee emails against the people we have reached for you, so you can see which prospects you have upcoming meetings with.
Two-Way Sync
Google Calendar syncs both ways. Events created or modified in Google Calendar are reflected in Starlight, and meeting deletions in Starlight can optionally notify attendees. If you use Microsoft 365, see Outlook Calendar.
Disconnecting
Go to Connectors and click Disconnect next to Google Calendar. Your calendar view will no longer show events from this account.
