Google Calendar
Sync your Google Calendar to view meetings in Starlight.
Connect Google Calendar to see all your meetings in Starlight's Calendar view.
Setup
Go to Connectors
Click Connectors in the sidebar
Click Connect Google Calendar
Under the Calendar section, click Connect next to Google Calendar
Authorize with Google
Sign in and grant Starlight read access to your calendar events
What Syncs
- Events — all calendar events including title, time, duration, and description
- Attendees — participant names and email addresses
- Meeting links — video call URLs (Zoom, Meet, etc.)
Starlight automatically matches attendee emails against your contacts database, so you can see which prospects you have upcoming meetings with.
Two-Way Sync
Google Calendar is the only calendar integration with two-way sync. Events created or modified in Google Calendar are reflected in Starlight, and meeting deletions in Starlight can optionally notify attendees.
Disconnecting
Go to Connectors and click Disconnect next to Google Calendar. Your calendar view will no longer show events from this account.
