Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

Manage your subscription from Settings β Plans & Billing.
Upgrading
When you upgrade to a higher tier:
- Your new credit allowance takes effect immediately
- You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
- Any unused credits from your previous tier carry over for the current cycle
Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower tier:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You keep your current credit allowance until then
- A pending downgrade notice appears in your billing settings
- You can cancel a pending downgrade before it takes effect
Switching Billing Period
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Yearly billing saves approximately 20%.
Payment Method
Click Manage Payment Method to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Update your credit card
- View past invoices
- Download receipts
Canceling
To cancel your subscription and return to the free tier:
1. Go to Settings β Plans & Billing
2. Select the Free plan
3. Confirm the downgrade
Your data is preserved β you'll still have access to all your contacts, messages, and sequences. You'll just be limited to 120 credits/month.
