Track replies and draft AI-powered follow-ups.
The Inbox shows all replies from prospects, organized as one conversation per person. When someone responds to your outreach — by email or on LinkedIn — it appears here with full context, and if they reply on both channels you still see a single conversation.
Viewing Replies
Conversations read like a chat: your messages and theirs appear as two-sided bubbles with the entire back-and-forth in view. Email and LinkedIn messages merge into one timeline, with labeled dividers marking where each channel's messages begin. Each conversation shows:
- Prospect name, title, and contact details
- Channel icons — small email and LinkedIn marks on each conversation show where the prospect has replied; filter the list by channel with the matching buttons above it
- CC recipients if any
- Timestamps on every message
When a prospect has replied on both channels, a Reply via toggle above the composer picks which channel your reply goes out on — each channel keeps its own AI draft and sent status.
Syncing on Demand
Replies arrive automatically, but you can pull fresh ones any time with the Sync Email and Sync LinkedIn buttons. LinkedIn replies and connection acceptances are detected by the Starlight Chrome extension and synced straight into your Inbox.
Booking Meetings from a Thread
When a prospect confirms a time ("Wednesday at 11 works"), Starlight detects it and offers a one-click calendar invite. You can also schedule manually from any thread — times are shown in the recipient's timezone.
AI Reply Drafting
When you need to respond, click Draft Reply and Starlight's AI will:
1. Read the full conversation thread for context
2. Research the prospect's latest activity
3. Draft a personalized response with a suggested subject line
Review the draft, edit as needed, then send.
Tip
Follow-Up Reminders
Set a reminder on any conversation to follow up later. Choose a date and optionally add a note about what to follow up on. Starlight will also suggest follow-up timing based on prospect engagement signals.
Managing Your Inbox
- Pin important conversations to keep them at the top
- Mark as read/unread to track what needs attention
- Delete conversations with a 7-second undo window
- Copy email to quickly grab a prospect's address
