Tasks is your daily action hub — one place that gathers everything waiting on you so you can pick up where you left off and clear what needs your attention. The badge on the sidebar shows how many items are waiting.
The Four Tabs
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| In progress campaigns | Campaigns you started drafting but haven't approved yet — resume any of them with one click |
| Ready to send | Approved messages waiting on you, one row per channel, with recipient avatars |
| Waiting on connections | LinkedIn follow-ups that unlock once the prospect accepts your connection request |
| Scheduled | Upcoming sends, one row per sequence, naming the channel and recipients |
Working Through Tasks
- Click a row to jump straight to the campaign or message it refers to
- Search to filter tasks by recipient or campaign
- Delete an in-progress campaign from its row menu if you no longer plan to finish it
