Team Management
Invite teammates and manage roles.
Manage your team from Settings → Team. Your team shares a single credit pool and a contacts database, while each member's searches and messages stay their own.
Company Settings
- Company name — displayed across the platform
- Company website — used for context in AI-generated messages
- Company logo — upload a logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF, max 5MB)
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, plan changes, and company deletion. Only Owners can grant or revoke ownership. |
| Admin | Manages the team and company settings — invite teammates, remove members, change roles between Member and Admin, edit the company name, website, and logo. No billing access. |
| Member | Full access to features, cannot manage billing or team settings |
Owners and Admins manage members from the member list: each row has a menu to change someone's role or remove them. Nobody can change their own role, and a company always keeps at least one Owner.
Inviting Members
1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
3. Pick the role they'll join with — Member or Admin
4. They'll receive an email invitation to join your company; pending invites show the role they'll get
You can also invite teammates during onboarding, on the Invite your team step: copy a shareable invite link (anyone with the link can join your company) or enter their emails to send invitations.
Managing Invitations
- Resend — send the invitation email again
- Revoke — cancel a pending invitation
Shared Credits
All team members share the company's credit pool. When any member performs a credit-consuming action (search, draft, etc.), it deducts from the shared allowance. The Owner can upgrade the plan to increase the credit pool.
Switching Companies
If you belong to multiple companies, switch between them from the Company section in Settings → Team. You can also create a new company from the same place.
